TED technology entertainment design

TED is a syposium that happens once a year in monterey, where they invite different speakers/thinkers/entertainers/scientists etc. to speak and share pretty much whatever is on their mind.
they have a pretty impressive little collection of speeches and clips of speeches.

two main links-

1)TED Talks- link
larger videos and full speeches.

some favorites

Jeff Han- research scientist for NYU talks about UI and shows off his new "interface free" touch screen. pretty cool.

Cameron Sinclair- founder of Architecture for Humanity, and author of Design Like You Give A Damn

Malcolm Gladwell- staff writer for The New Yorker, author of The Tipping Point and Blink. explaining what every business can learn from spaghetti sauce. very entertaining talk for anyone interested in business.

2) their intro flash page, where if you look under the highlights tab, you will find a couple dozen smaller clips, including a multimedia performance from herbie hancock
